Paul Morer, Captain

Captain Paul Morer has been a volunteer since 2004. He is a New York State and Nationally Registered EMT Basic and is currently completing his Advanced EMT certification as an Intermediate. Paul is also an American Heart Association BLS Instructor for the Corps. Additionally, Paul is the Chairman for the Rockland County EMS Operations Committee, and also represents the corps at the Clarkstown ALS Committee and the District One meeting of the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association.
Lastly, Paul was appointed by the Orangetown Town Board to the Volunteer Health Services Advisory Committee.
Steven Stoltze, Lieutenant
Serving since 1988
After joining the Corps in 1988, Steve Stoltze became a very active riding member. He has received an award each year for responding to the "Top 5" number of calls. He has been a past Lieutenant and Vice President.
Willie White, Training Officer
Serving since 1988
After joining the corps in 1988, Willie has served as Financial Secretary, Secretary, Board Member at Large, Lieutenant, Administrative Vice-President and President. Currently Willie serves as Training Officer. All of these positions add up to Willie being the member with the distinction of having held the most positions at NCAC.
Michael Baer, Assistant Secretary, Board Member at Large, Youth Corps Advisor

Michael Baer joined the Corps in 2003. He initially joined as a Youth Corps member but upon turning 18 he was voted into the Senior Corps. In 2006 he became a New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technician. Mike currently serves as the Corps Sergeant at Arms, and holds a seat on the Board of Directors. He also serves as the Youth Corps Advisor. You can usually see Mike on the Ambulance every Monday and Saturday. Mike is also a member of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) and is currently stationed in Queens.
Stephanie Neabore, Treasurer / Financial Secretary
Serving since 2000
After joining the corps in October 2000 Stephanie continues to Chair a number of the Corps events. She is the Chairperson for the Annual Winter Blood Drive, the Annual Summer Picnic and Clambake and a member of the Membership Welfare Committee. In addition to being the Financial Secretary for the last three years Stephanie is the Nyack Ambulance Corps representative on the Annual Rockland County EMS Recognition Dinner Committee as well as the Annual EMS Expo Day. Stephanie is also an active riding member as a driver.
Jeremy Griffel, Secretary
Serving since 2003
Jeremy Griffel joined the corps in 2003 as a member of the Nyack Community Ambulance Youth Corps. During his time as a youth corp he achieved the state certification level of Certified First Responder and also began riding actively alongside the crews at the agency. Once Jeremy turned eighteen he was elected into membership in the Nyack Community Ambulance Senior Corps division and became a New York State Emergency Medical Technician. Jeremy currently serves as the Secretary for Nyack Ambulance and typically volunteers between 12 and 18 hours a week while he is attending school at Rockland Community College.
